Our subscriptions continue month-to-month for as long as you want to keep your site. There are no contracts or minimum commitments.
We give you a 14-day grace period for each invoice. If it's not paid by then, there's a $25 late fee. Multiple unpaid invoices may result in your site being taken down.
For subscription plans, we email invoices through Square with a secure payment link. You can use any major credit or debit card. Lump sum projects are paid via ACH bank transfer (helps us avoid processing fees). We don't accept checks or money orders.
The $X per additional page is just a one-time cost, not a monthly charge.
Once you approve the design and give the green light to go live, we can't offer refunds. If you're not happy with how the design is coming along during the initial process, that's the time to ask for your money back.
We typically finish websites in 2-3 weeks. Your response time with logos, content, and feedback will help determine exactly how fast we can complete your site.
No, you don't keep your website if you cancel your monthly subscription plan.
Yes, you always own your domain, even if we buy it for you. If you ever decide to leave Delta Web Designs, we'll transfer the domain control to you.
Nope. We build everything with custom code (HTML/CSS). That's what makes us different from other agencies - we don't take shortcuts.
Our custom code approach delivers better security, faster load times, and fewer headaches. Unlike WordPress, our sites don't use databases, so there's nothing for hackers to target. You won't need those constant security updates to prevent your site from being redirected to questionable domains. Hackers simply have nowhere to break in, no matter their efforts. Additionally, you'll get a more responsive site without plugin bloat. That's our advantage.
We handle all edits for you. Just contact us with your requested changes and we'll make them within 1 business day.
Our rates vary by project since each has its own unique scope of work. We don't offer standardized packages.
By default, all our sites are technically optimized. Google favors fast-loading pages with relevant keywords. For our paid SEO strategies, we create high-value content tailored to each location where you want to advertise—Google's algorithm rewards meaningful content. We also optimize your Google Business profile. There's more to our SEO approach, but we don't want to share all our techniques publicly!
SEO requires time and consistent effort—and it must be done correctly to avoid harm. Most businesses see results within 6-12 months, though you might see faster progress in less competitive markets.
Our SEO services are exclusive to our web design clients - they're not available as a standalone option.
With a subscription, you'll pay nothing upfront but more over time through affordable monthly payments that continue indefinitely. With the lump sum option, you pay for everything upfront and own the site, including the code if you wish to host it yourself. We recommend choosing a subscription if you prefer smaller payments and continued support, or choose lump sum if you want to minimize costs and don't need continued support.
Yes and no. All our plans include on-page SEO fundamentals—we optimize for what Google values (speed, responsiveness, accessibility). We also offer additional on-page services like location-specific pages with targeted keywords designed to appear in local searches. For better results, we provide off-page SEO services too, including backlinks, citations and more.
